The 4th of July!

We had a GRAND time yesterday celebrating the 4th of July! We went out to our friends house and had grilled hamburgers, etc. Then we went to their shooting range and shot the guns a while! That was a BLAST! Then, back to the house for some great visiting and desert! After church we went to watch the fireworks. They were beautiful. Needless to say, this has been the best 4th of July we've had in a long time (although, last year camping out in Sioux Falls is also a favorite of ours) :) Hope you all had as much fun as we did!

I'm glad to hear that you had a great time. Was it just your family out at the Merrills or other families as well? We had a great day as well. Can't wait to see everyone very soon!!

Our 4th was also VERY nice. We "raced", coffeed, paraded, ate, and napped. In the evening we went to Crawford to the rodeo and watched fireworks. The only drawback was we didn't get home until 1:00AM. That is pretty late for this grandma! But it was worth it:)
