This is me...well...kind of!

I took the kids on a bike ride and if anyone cares to know...having two kids in a bike trailer and then one in a bike seat...it's REALLY exhausting. We biked down to Harvard Gulch Park, which was probably a couple of miles, and then around the Park, which is 1 1/2 miles around, then home. I was sooooo tired I couldn't stand it! So, I really felt like I had no energy left and needed help getting some. But, of course I enjoyed the bike ride and the kids did, too. So, that's the main thing and it was worth the exhaustion!

YEAH for the good bike ride! How is the running coming? I hear you about being tired. I can't imagine pulling three kids behind me. You're an animal!!
