Soap Suds

I hearken back to this summer when I was going to use wax paper in the oven since I had run out of foil to cover a dish. I didn't know what would happen, but I soon learned NOT to do that as smoke filled the house.

Tonight: I had the dishwasher full and went to get the detergent and realized I had forgotten to pick some up at the store. Hmmm...what to do? Empty out dishwasher and wash by hand OR just use regular dish soap. Well...obviously I would choose the second option as the first was way to much work!

20 minutes later: I enter the kitchen to do something. I look down and there on the floor and coming out of the dishwasher is soap suds and water. Hmmmm...that's interesting. What did I do? Got a towel to clean it up, bowls to catch the water, and...called Jason, of course (he's in NM this week)

Lesson learned again :) But, you never know unless you try!!

Okay, because I love you I have to make fun of you. I knew the ending of the story before you barely began it. But your pain is definitely my enjoyment. Hey, you can think of it as the kitchen floor is really clean now. Maybe you're actually pretty stinkin' smart . . . multitasking.

I have to leave a comment on this one...don't you ever watch television where the kids decide to do just what you did and then the mom comes in and says "What were you kids thinking???" I believe the same thing happened on Mr. Mom except they put it in the washing machine. Thanks for the laugh!!! Oh, and I love you too...that's why I'm laughing. :)

Leah,
That is classic. I can only imagine the look on your face seeing all the suds on the floor. We can look back and laugh about this for years to come. I love you. Jason
