A visit to Montana!!

We had a great time in Miles City this weekend! Here you see Jake with Grandma Oyen and then sitting with Grandpa Oyen. He laid in Grandpa's arms for 1 1/2 hours!! Grandpa was content to sit there and enjoy it!! And, when Tayler woke up this morning and saw our van in the drive way she said 'what are we doing with the van?' I told her we were going home. She cried and cried. She wanted to stay longer at Grandpa and Grandma's!! Who can blame her?? Jake clung to Grandma when it was time to go. The cousins had a ton of fun together!! It is a blessing to me that no matter the length of time together, we always make the most fun out of it! Mom and I went for coffee and shopped around town a bit. She also helped me make a new tote (the Mary Engelbreit one in the slide show- with a zipper). That was fun and she came up with the pattern by just thinking. She is an excellent seamstress!! Stacy was working at her new store, so we went and visited her a number of times. Stacy's Mom, Colleen, was there as well. It was fun to see her. The grand opening was Saturday and we had fun going to that. Matt, Stacy, boys and Colleen came over for snacks and visiting in the evenings and it was just a blessing! Jason, Dad and Matt did a few things together. I wish I could bottle the time up and re-live it tomorrow! But, pictures and memories are wonderful as well!!

We did have a GREAT time. It always goes SO fast. Thanks for coming. I know it is a long trip for three little kids.

I like your slide show of Stacy's store. You captured it all.

Glad to hear that you had a great visit. When will you see them again? J is getting so big and how fun for Grandpa to get to sit with him for so long.
