Maybe I should go back to Driver's Ed. 'Oops Girl' was my nickname (hmmm...does that tell you something??). Yesterday I and the kids were headed to the library. I always look for the LARGEST parking spot available so I don't have to do the dreaded 'parallel parking'. Well...I found a big enough spot. Seriously...I can't parallel park to save my life!!! Imagine my horror and embarrassment (again...because I recall writing about this topic this past summer...) when, after backing up, pulling forward...backing up...pulling forward...parking...getting out and seeing the very TERRIBLE job I did and HOW MUCH SPACE I actually had to work with. I was thinking to myself: 'Great...I sure hope no one in the library is looking out windows and laughing at this hideous parking attempt.' So, maybe I should go back to drivers ed. Or...just continue to circle the lot until that perfect and very large spot opens for me!
