Jason got home last night. Boy...am I glad!! We missed him terribly!! It's always interresting to see how the week will go with Jason gone. I say 'interresting' but sometimes...and maybe lots of times...it's rather stressful. We had a really bad day on Tuesday (afternoon) and Wednesday. BAD...all caps!! But, between calling my dear Mother and talking to Jason when he was available...and prayer prayer prayer...we made it through and had a really nice day on Thursday and Friday.
Did we see much of the DNC? NO. It's so quiet out here I didn't notice anything...until going to Master Clubs at church Thursday night. I left at 5 and it took 45 minutes to get to Englewood. That's twice as long as normal to get there. It didn't bother me, though, because I knew it would take much longer with much of
I25 closed. Coming home was a breeze as everyone was at the Invesco Field listening to Obama.
We celebrate our 7th Anniversary this Monday! I love our Anniversary. Another year under our belt and more that we've learned and seen how God works in our lives.
Well..I'm signing off now. I am going to go sit down and have a visit with Jason... and NOT on the phone!! :) It's so nice having him home...have I mentioned that???...

Happy anniversary! What are you doing to celebrate? I am really amazed by your ability to cope with Jason gone. I only have to make it a max of 10 hours on a bad day!
CONGRATULATIONS on 7 years of marriage. It is a day to celebrate - your anniversary and Jason home. It doesn't seem like it was 7 years ago that you were married. We love you both!
We are going out for supper tonight and next week my Mom comes while Jason's gone for the week and then she's staying with the kids here while Jason and I enjoy a overnight at The Brown Palace and carriage ride etc.
Allysa...I LOVE that picture of you and sweet baby! Give him kisses for me!
I'm happy to hear that you are having your mom come for a week. How nice! I'm sure she will have fun!! Enjoy your overnight and forget about everything else. You deserve a break!!!
Missy...I LOVE your advice on 'forget everything else'!! I think I'll listen to that and just enjoy our night out and not wonder what the kids are doing :) Thanks!
