Thanksgiving Weekend!

These are just a few of my favorites from our Thanksgiving Weekend in Montana! We left early Wednesday morning and arrived at 3:30pm to Dad and Mom's. Phil, Ashley, and Addy arrived on Thursday and we all enjoyed Dinner at Matt and Stacy's new home. We had such a wonderful time. We girls were so excited to get a 'Sisters' picture. And, the couples picture was also fun to get. I enjoyed snapping a picture of my Dad taking a snooze. Mom enjoyed playing piano with her three Grand-daughters. Mom, I, Ashley and Stacy made it to WalMart at 4:45AM on Friday morning for the good deals. Let me just tell you that we were stinkin' tired!!! Mom and I didn't have the most restful night as Tayler had nightmares quite a bit that night. Jason went in the kids' room at 2AM and slept in there so Mom and I could get some sleep. I didn't fall asleep until shortly after 4AM and I had my alarm set for 4:25AM to get up and going for our big adventure to WalMart. I didn't hear my alarm and so Mom came in and woke me up at twenty 'til and I was sooooo dis-oriented and came out of it shortly after we arrived at WalMart. I scuried in one direction for an item I was in search of and Mom scurried in the other for another item I needed. I found Stace and Ashley and then we found Mom. It really was fun. Our arms were loaded and Stacy captured a picture of us brave souls. I don't have that one yet. Anyway...It was a GREAT weekend and full of wonderful memories. The guys went shooting and us girls went out for coffee while my Mom watched all 7 Grandkids :) It's always a joy to see my parents and also my brothers and their wives! YIPPEE!!

Enjoy the slide show. Some is of Thanksgiving. One is of our first snow here at this house. Some are of Jason decorating our yard for Christmas. It was SOOOOO funny because we don't have a ladder. We always used Russ and Marcie's when we needed it (in Nebraska) and so he decided our garbage can would work. Well, it was working resonably well and I was chatting up a storm and doing something with the lights while standing there by him to help as needed. All of a sudden the garbage can went out from under him and he was hanging on to the roof. I was laughing so hard I wasn't too much help in helping him ease down to the driveway. It was HILLARIOUS!!! Maybe you had to be there....trust me....it was FUNNY!!!

Those are fun pictures of your Thanksgiving celebration! It looks like you had a really good time together. I am excited to see your Wal-Mart picture. I was planning to go to JoAnn Fabrics at 6am, but when the alarm went off at 5 I just couldn't do it.

I think I would have laughed too if Lance was hanging off the roof. I am laughing yet just picturing it in my head.
