2nd Annual Christmas Cookie Bake Day - December 13th

Yesterday was our 2nd annual Christmas Cookie Bake day. It was fun. We made hay stack cookies and sugar cookies. I simplified it from last year and decided on two cookies to make and simple ones for the age of the kids. The girl's had fun with Mommy and Jake spent time with Daddy. And, on our 'bake days' we go pick out Christmas dresses/outfits and they each pick out an ornament. You'll see the girl's in their new dresses on the right and I'll have to get Jake in his outfit next week. He's still recovering from his terrible ear infection/cold, so he wasn't much in the mood for pics. Enjoy!

What a great idea! You're such a good and involved and loving mommy! Bailey was just too cute tonight, especially when she was holding Charity's hand in the children's choir special. The pics of your house are great too! It's exciting? You're inching closer and closer to completing your first year there! Wow! The Lord is good.

It sounds like a lot of fun! You are so good with this kind of stuff! I don't even know if I'll make any cookies this year...I'm too tired, and this baby is sure to come soon I think...My mind is elsewhere to say the least! This girls look very pretty in their Christmas dresses! What a fun day!

I wish we could have seen and heard the children's choir and your cantata. It was fun to hear about it.
