Springtime!

I have been enjoying the nicer weather this past week (although the wind can just stay away!). I am most certainly ready for Spring and all the gorgeous flowers and colors that it brings! I am excited to be able to plant a small (key word: 'small') garden this year with the kids. A few veggies and, of course, flowers around the house. Kind of fun to be able to think about how and where I will put the flowers in our very own yard! A fire pit, too, is on my list of things to get. I want to make smores in our back yard and enjoy enjoy enjoy the outside!! We've been enjoying it here in GVR. We have really great neighbors. It's so quiet and we just love it!! I'm itchin' for Spring!!

Spring really is just around the corner! I look forward to pictures of your flowers and veggies. Do you know if the soil is good in your new neighborhood?

No, I don't know that. I am going to try to have a 'mobile' little garden...so, a garden on wheels and in pots. our backyard is sooo hot that I need to be able to move them around so they don't die.
