Ohhh...the FUN we have had!

This week with my Dad and Mom here has been so wonderful! Jake and Grandpa have played 'battle' every day for HOURS! 'Battle' is playing with Jake's new Cowboys and Indians that he purchased with his own money on Saturday morning. Grandpa showed him how to use a rubber band to shoot them down. They have had a very awesome time with that game! Today, since it is sunny out, Grandpa took Jake outside and they rode bikes together for a very long time. Up and down our street. 'Racing'. And they built a snow man before the snow melted. Grandpa took the girls on a long bike ride after they returned from school. They have all been enjoying each others company!

Grandma has been having a lot of fun, too! Braiding Bailey's hair, playing 'Easter Hunt' in a book (finding hidden pictures), shopping with the kids, and getting eggs ready to hide around the yard.

I have had such a great time with them here! I dread dropping them off at the airport tomorrow. Mom and I have sewn some things together. She has sewn skirts for the girls (a pattern I picked up a while back and waited for her help. Thankfully she came and did the skirts because the pattern said 'easy' and it was hard for HER! If it is hard for her, it is VERY hard!) The skirts turned out so super cute!

I am grilling burgers tonight. My Master Griller is out of town on a trip, so I hope I do not burn the burgers!

What a special time for all of you!! I love the pictures - your mom and dad look so great - I don't think they age (ever!). They have so many good ideas and energy to play with the kids. That is like some other grandparents I know:). Enjoy your last night together.
