Above is the finished product of a new recipe for Patty Melts! There are lots of onions on the one in the back. The ones in the front were for the kids and I was quite certain they would not care for onions on theirs!

And the verdict is in!! Thumbs up all around! Well...along with silly faces...
My Mom and I found the BEST EVER Patty Melt in Springview, NE (my former home). I am pretty sure it was the best because of all the delicious grease that went with it. She nor I have ever found one to taste nearly as good, and trust me: I've tried! UNTIL NOW! This recipe was amazing! I will have to make them for when Mom comes to visit soon!
