
As I have just started using my
Winsor Pilates Video this week I (for some reason) was under the impression to do it 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week. So, I thought 'that's not bad...I can handle that'. And as I finished my routine yesterday (day #2) I decided to read the back of the cover to make sure 20 minutes was what the plan says. Ohhhh....No...it's 3 days a week (I got that part right) but the whole near hour of workout!
Youch!!! I just crack myself up! I plan to do the tape the 'right' way, but I'm thinking my way sounded so much easier!

I agree, it should only be 3 times a week. Let me know how you like it. I'm thinking about getting a DVD myself.
You're scaring me. I am waiting for mine to come in the mail and I only have 20 min. a day in my schedule for exercise=) Maybe I'll just be half-way in shape - like my ankles, or something (wrists, fingers,...).
I worked out with Leah about 5 min. MAX - and that was about all I could take for the first time. Walking is so much easier!!! (But it doesn't get the job done - sad to say)
