Mmmmm...Yummy to my Tummy!

My friend gave me an 18 year old sour dough starter a couple weeks ago. This morning I made sour dough pancakes and they were scrumptious alliumptious! The kids ate them...even Jake. He ate about half a pancake. Tayler ate 3 and Bailey ate almost a whole one ('There's black on there, Mom'...meaning...a little over cooked) Anyway...it is fun to have that starter and I plan to keep it 'alive' as you have to do with such things! So, come on over for some Old Fashioned Sour Dough Pancakes!

Isn't it fun? If you are interested, I think I have a whole bunch of sourdough recipes. One of our kids brought some starter home from school and we had a great time with it until I neglected it and it spoiled :(

You're making me hungry. It is too late to eat though, so I guess I will have to wait until morning.

Those pancakes do sound yummy - especially if Jakers will give up his GERBER rice cereal for them.
