
After the new year, I started walking on my treadmill 5 days a week (that's the goal: 5...not that I always get it done). Well...I started out walking a certain speed, then I needed to go faster because the first speed was too slow after a while. I was sooo excited because a week ago I was walking the speed I go and it seemed slow. So I checked the speed to make sure it was the right one. It was. I have 'graduated' to jogging!!! I am super excited because I didn't think I could do that! I can even do it and not feel like I am going to die after the first minute!! Hey...this is pretty exciting stuff for me!! I don't think I'll be running in any races, but I will run on my treadmill!!

My motto used to be "Never run unless being chased." However, I rather enjoy jogging now. You'll like it too. If you need inspiration pretend you're trying to get away from your Sunday School teacher. It works for me

So, you must jog? Treadmil or outside?
Both. Andrea and I belong to a health club through our work. I do that, but when the weather is nice I love to jog outside. I have to do it on a Saturday or when the days are longer so Mick can watch the kids. It's still nice, though. Does a body good.

he's just upset because the only jogging he does is at mcdonald's when they tell him his order is ready.
