

Jason and I got this table last Summer after his Grandpa passed away. Or, I should say "I" got the table. I'm the one with the 'vision' where as he sees 'junk'. Lol The legs were wobbly, the body pretty beat up, but, hey! It's a FREE end table and we needed one. I knew what I wanted to do: sand it and paint it black. When I say 'paint' that usually means 'spray paint' because I am all about fast and not much mess. (unless you call the nice black outline in our garage 'mess', it was a very 'unmessy' event. lol) So, the BEFORE (above)... and...

The table looks great! It has needed help for a long time. Mom would be pleased that you have fixed, painted, and found a use for the table she probably acquired second hand and used for many years =)
I had wondered if she used it and what she used it for... Now I can think of her each time I look at it, knowing she did use it.
I really like the change to black. You did a great job!
